Have you ever decided to grow out your hair, but after a few weeks you haven’t noticed any improvement in the length? This is a common problem. Hair can have different growth pace. Usually, it grows very slowly, but you can change it. How to increase hair growth?
The dream of many women is to have beautiful, healthy and long hair. The longer, the better. Long hair gives many possibilities, for example, a wide variety when it comes to hairstyles. Some women stay with short hair for convenience, and some because growing out hair is a long and difficult process. However, it is worth remembering that with the right tools, we can easily accelerate hair growth.
Hair growth oils
The most commonly recommended method of increasing hair growth is hair oiling. It is the time to finally appreciate the properties of natural oils, which not only protect hair from harmful factors and facilitate styling. The right oils – castor oil, rosemary oil, black seed oil and mustard oil – stimulate blood circulation in the scalp and activate the bulbs. At the same time, hair oiling is a way to strengthen the hair and inhibit its loss, thanks to which the hairstyle also becomes fuller.
Hair growth herbs
An alternative solution for people who are not convinced of the effectiveness of oiling is the herbal scalp lotions. As the name suggests, a blend of appropriately selected ingredients is to be rubbed into the scalp to accelerate hair growth. The most recommended herbs excellent at boosting hair growth are a black turnip, mustard, fenugreek, nettle and horsetail. The use of herbs for hair growth is a method combining the action of plant extracts with the benefits of a head massage.
Other homemade methods
Do not worry if both hair oiling and homemade scalp lotion are not effective or take too much time, we still have a few options left. Other ways to accelerate hair growth are, for example, yeast drinking or including foods rich in zinc, selenium, silicon and vitamins (especially from group B) into the diet. A massage that is less time-consuming than a full oil treatment also has a large impact on the hair growth pace. We can massage the head while shampooing, when applying the conditioner, combing the hair in the evening (Tangle Teezer is perfect), and even when sitting comfortably in front of the TV. A massage stimulates microcirculation, so nutrients get into the deeper hair structures much faster, which results in boosted hair growth.
